My Husband and I chose Nick Williams to photograph our wedding after seeing his work at several other friends’ weddings. We are not the 'posy' couple type and I had nerves about having to do this. However, I had no need as Nick put me at ease right from the start. From the very first initial meeting when he came to our home to go through his work, right up until the big day, he was extremely professional and approachable. We are so grateful for how he helped to make the day go so smoothly (without having guests moan that the photos are taking so long), the standard of them and also the fact that he took so many natural and fun shots - which we had no idea he was taking! Nick Williams was a fantastic photographer for our big day. I couldn’t fault him at all. My wife and I both don’t like our photos being taken, so we asked Nick to blend in with our wedding and he did just that and more. He captured the best photos you can get, natural and real pictures. There wasn’t one photo he took which didn’t capture the emotion of the day. He also pulled us to one side and got a few photos of just me and my wife on the grounds with beautiful backgrounds and lighting. He sees a beautiful picture moment when others can’t. Nick did a brilliant job of photographing our wedding. In the nicest way, for the majority of the time, it was easy to forget he was there! He got so many beautiful candid shots of our guests and the ceremony without us even noticing. However, he was also great at giving direction when he needed to (which was mostly only for the 5-10 minutes of herding 140 overexcited guests into a group shot!). What can I say about Nick? He was honestly fantastic. He stepped in last minute after us being let down and continued to be amazing. Our wedding photos, of which we received only TWO DAYS after our wedding, edited, were absolutely gorgeous. He was kind, and friendly and didn’t push guests, he was out the way and I didn’t feel like I was being photographed a lot. Our photos are of me laughing, which is amazing. He was very good with my 3-year-old daughter. He was patient and kept coming back to her to take the photos he wanted. Truly you won’t regret hiring Nick as your wedding photographer. Nick photographed our wedding on the 28th May 2019 and the service received has been absolutely outstanding! Nicks work is truly beautiful and the images that have been captured are unbelievable. Nick was extremely professional and friendly and made myself and my husband feel at ease from the moment he arrived. So many guests have commented on just how brilliant Nick was. Nick was calm and subtle and managed to catch the most beautiful natural pictures. Nick was incredible from start to finish, very friendly and professional. He made everyone feel at ease when taking photos and had us all laughing and enjoying ourselves. He was very considerate of our wedding being on a very hot day and we had a break in the photos for drinks and food. Nicks photos were up on the website for us to see within a few days, very easy to access and view the photos. We had many guests say how funny and fun he was to work with and he never got in the way of us all having a great day. We had been to a couple of weddings where Nick was the photographer and had both been impressed with the way he manages the group photos, the fact that he is always super smart (unlike some photographers who seem to deliberately dress down) and makes time for everyone else to take photos. When we looked for a photographer, we wanted someone who could not only capture beautiful pictures but capture the enjoyment we felt on the day. He has done exactly that!! Hire Nick as your wedding photographer! I cannot recommend him highly enough! My now-husband and I were coming from the USA to the UK for our wedding. Our location recommended Nick and with one look at his photographs, we were sold! The prices were also very reasonable and affordable. Communication leading up to the wedding was outstanding, and on the day of he showed up right on time. Nick was beyond professional. Our entire wedding group LOVED him and kept remarking on how fantastic and funny he was. He knew exactly where to take the best pictures and took our preferences and input into account. We never once felt rushed, pressured, or uncomfortable. He made sure we took all of the pictures we wanted in all the locations we wanted. I would also like to mention that during important more intimate moments (the ceremony, family hugs, etc.) he was "invisible" and yet managed to take the most perfect photographs capturing those memories. He was never a distraction but rather a wonderful addition to our wedding day! Nick's photographs speak for themselves. They are breathtaking. Nick did our wedding photos in 2016 I was struggling to find a photograph that was going to get the best out of our day. Everyone I phoned up and asked about prices and how it was done just told me with no feeling or heart in it until I rang nick, he spoke to me on the phone with feeling and understanding and that filled with confidence. Being two un-photogenic people, we were hesitant about spending money on a professional photographer but we are so glad we did. Nick managed to take photographs of us we never thought would be possible! Right from the start, Nick put us at ease when he came around to our house to discuss exactly what we wanted. What a great photographer! Nick was amazing start to finish.
Easy to talk to and get along with. Knew exactly what he was as doing, and made the best out of the venue, lighting and weather, to get some absolutely amazing shots.
